Fitness for EMERGENCY USA: day 5
by Jason Bosch on Feb.05, 2010, under Blog, Fitness for EMERGENCY USA
Today I received several supportive responses from people on the ArgusFest list and four people pledged $1 and one person pledged $5. This added to previous pledges adds up to a total of $24 per pound that I lose. Several people have told me they will pledge but haven’t confirmed the dollar amount. The more money per pound I know I’m raising for EMERGENCY USA the more motivated I’ll be to get healthy so please contact me with your pledge. Thanks for all the pledges so far.
I had a busy day today so I didn’t stick with the meal every four hours as I was directed by Chris. I’ll be able to solve this problem though with better planning. When I know I have a busy day I should prepare my meals the night before.
I did get 30 minutes of cardio in on the stationary bike at Qi. It went relatively easy. I guess that means I’m not pushing myself enough.

Jason, Great work on the cardio, but as you said we have to dial that nutrition in. You have to eat throughout the day! A glass of juice and then one meal at night will not cut it. I will bring you some nutrition bars that you can keep with you, as your EMERGENCY STASH.
